Kayer (2) & Kegs One
Put Me In This / Mystery Vinyl

Listening notes

Kayer (2) and Kegs One released this two-track hip hop single on Sub-Level Epidemic Recordings in 2003, assigned catalog number SLE013. The release appeared on vinyl and carries the double-sided title Put Me In This / Mystery Vinyl, a presentation common to the format during that period.

The tracklist follows a straightforward structure. The A-side opens with "Put Me In This," followed by its instrumental version. The B-side mirrors this arrangement, leading with "Mystery Vinyl" and closing with that track's instrumental counterpart. The inclusion of instrumentals on both sides gives the release a practical utility that was a recognizable feature of hip hop vinyl singles of the era, providing flexibility for DJs and producers working with the material.

Sub-Level Epidemic Recordings serves as the releasing label, and SLE013 indicates this was at least the thirteenth catalog entry from that imprint, placing it within an ongoing body of releases rather than an isolated project. Beyond what the catalog number itself implies, the available documentation does not speak to the label's broader history or geography.

No duration information is available for any of the four tracks. Personnel beyond the credited artists Kayer (2) and Kegs One are not documented in the available data, and no additional production or featured contributor credits are confirmed here.

This draft is based solely on confirmed catalog data and should be reviewed against any supplementary documentation before publication. Claims about personnel, label background, regional context, or any reception the release may have received have been withheld pending verification.
