Pöbel MC
Backpfeife auf Endlosschleife 12" Vinyl EP inkl. Stress & Raugln EP

Listening notes

Pöbel MC's *Backpfeife auf Endlosschleife* arrived on Audiolith in 2022 as a 12" vinyl EP carrying catalog number AL354. What makes this release unusual in format terms is its scope: the single record packages two distinct EPs together, with the A-side devoted to *Backpfeife auf Endlosschleife* and the B-side housing the separately titled *Stress & Raugln* EP. The result is fifteen tracks spread across both sides, giving the release a density that sits somewhere between a standard EP and a full album.

The A-side opens with "Rollkragenschläger" and moves through six further tracks — "Schellenesperanto," "Boys Cry," "Loki," "Betonasche," "Pöbelmane," and "Saufen, Kloppen & Raugln" — before the needle lifts. The B-side, operating under the *Stress & Raugln* banner, runs eight tracks. Most are Pöbel MC solo efforts, though "Polydipsie" carries a feature credit for Dr. Durstig and the closing track "Söhnlein Brilliant" features Multilingual Mike. No other personnel information is available from the verified facts at hand.

Audiolith, the Hamburg-based independent label, handles the release. The genre is listed as Hip Hop. Track durations are not documented in the available data.

The double-EP structure on a single 12" is a practical detail worth noting for anyone cataloging this release: buyers and collectors should be aware that the title on the spine and label refers to the combined package, while *Stress & Raugln* exists as a named entity within the same pressing rather than as a separate physical release. The catalog number AL354 applies to the whole.
