Various
Quality Streetz - Vinyl Chill

Listening notes

Released in 2001 on the Co.2activity label, Quality Streetz - Vinyl Chill is a various artists vinyl release operating across hip hop and ragga hip hop territory. No catalog number is assigned to the release.

The record carries seven tracks spread across its two sides. The A-side opens with "On Veut Savoir," followed by "Association De Gens Normals" and "Seeking For A Better Future." The French-language titles on the A-side sit alongside the English title of the third track, pointing toward a multilingual context for the release, though no further detail about the contributing artists or their origins is available to confirm this beyond what the track names themselves suggest.

The B-side takes a different shape. It opens with instrumental versions of two of the A-side tracks, "On Veut Savoir (Instrumental)" and "Seeking For A Better Future (Instrumental)," a sequencing approach common to vinyl releases aimed at DJs and producers who require isolated musical beds for mixing or sampling purposes. "Beat Surprise" follows at B3, and the record closes with "Bonuscratchz" at B4, a title that suggests scratch content of some kind, though no personnel or production credits are available here to clarify who performed it or under what conditions it was recorded.

Track durations are not documented for any of the seven tracks. No catalog number exists for the release, and personnel credits, production information, and pressing details are not available from the verified facts on hand.

The release represents a small and specific document of early 2000s independent vinyl activity within the hip hop and ragga hip hop spaces, though any broader claims about its place in that landscape would require additional verified sourcing beyond what is currently confirmed.
