Vinyl Reanimators
Vinyl Reanimators Remixes EP

Listening notes

The Vinyl Reanimators Remixes EP, catalogued as CO4100, is a 1997 hip hop release issued on vinyl under the Not On Label designation, indicating a self-released or privately distributed origin rather than a conventional commercial imprint. The record presents six tracks across two sides, structured so that the A-side carries vocal remix versions and the B-side mirrors those selections in instrumental form.

The A-side opens with a Vinyl Reanimators remix of "Street Dreams," followed by their remix of "Do You Believe," and closes with a remix of "Unstoppable." The B-side then reproduces that same sequence — "Street Dreams," "Do You Believe," and "Unstoppable" — as instrumentals, each credited as a Vinyl Reanimators Remix. This vocal-and-instrumental pairing across the two sides is a format common to hip hop twelve-inch releases of the period, offering utility for DJs and performers alongside the standard listening version.

Duration information is not available for any of the six tracks. No personnel, production credits, or recording details are documented in the verified record for this release.

The Not On Label classification and the self-assigned catalog number CO4100 together suggest this was produced outside the standard label infrastructure of the time. Whether that reflects a limited private pressing, a promotional release, or some other distribution arrangement is not established by the available facts. What the catalog entry does confirm is a straightforward genre placement within hip hop and a release year of 1997.

For collectors and researchers, the basic structural details are documented here as a factual starting point. Additional verification of personnel, source material for the remixed tracks, and pressing information would be necessary before a more complete entry could be developed.
