Listening notes

Released in 2018 through Heritage Recordings, the Vinyl Collection box set from Russian act Темнозорь (transliterated variously as Temnozor) gathers material spanning what the tracklist suggests are at least two distinct source albums or releases, presented across four sides of vinyl. The set carries no assigned catalog number.

The format is a multi-disc vinyl box set, and the genres listed — black metal, folk metal, and rock — reflect the range of territory the band has operated across. The tracklist is presented with dual-language titles throughout, pairing Cyrillic originals with English translations, a detail that gives some sense of the thematic ground covered: references to Slavic seasonal traditions such as Maslenitsa, imagery drawn from burial mounds, oaks, and winter landscapes, and titles invoking concepts of glory, oath, and fallen warriors.

The content appears organized into two groupings. Sides A and B carry the album identified in the tracklist as Ведовством Крепка Чёрная Слава Руси, translated as Sorcery Is Strengthening The Black Glory Of Rus', with nine tracks across those two sides. Sides C and D appear to correspond to a release titled Горизонты... (Horizons...), running ten tracks including two with English-only titles, "White Thunder Roars" and "Fatherland."

Track durations are not listed for any selection in the available data, and no personnel, pressing, or production information is documented here. Prospective collectors should note the absence of a catalog number when cross-referencing with other sources.
