Μεταλλακτικοί Επικίνδυνοι
Φαρμακείο / 30th Anniversary Vinyl Edition

Listening notes

Μεταλλακτικοί Επικίνδυνοι's Φαρμακείο received a 30th Anniversary Vinyl Edition in 2013, issued by Geheimnis Records under catalog number GHMN.010. The release places the album within a broad stylistic range that the label identifies as electronic, experimental, minimal, new wave, post-punk, and rock, suggesting a work that resists easy categorization.

The ten-track sequence is divided evenly across two sides. Side A opens with Φορτία at 2:32 and moves through Δεν Θυμάμαι Τους Στίχους, Στο Ρυθμό Του Παρελθόντος, and Χθεσινά Κατάλοιπα before closing on the side's longest track, Σχολή Προσωπικότητας, which runs 5:25. Side B begins with Ασφυξία at 2:41, followed by Φωτογραφία, 5.000 Τραγούδια, and Μπρός Γκρεμός Και Πίσω Ρέμα at 4:48. The side closes with Ζωντανή Προβολή, a live recording credited as coming from the collection titled 0651, running 3:09.

The anniversary designation places the original album's release approximately in 1983, situating it within a period of considerable activity in European post-punk and experimental music, though no further detail about the original release's context is available from the verified information at hand.

The inclusion of a live track sourced from a separately titled collection is a notable structural choice for an anniversary edition, and the tracklist otherwise appears to reproduce the original album's running order without additional studio material. Total runtime across both sides, calculated from the listed durations, comes to approximately 36 minutes.

This draft requires fact-checking against additional primary sources before publication. Details regarding personnel, original pressing history, and reception have been omitted as they are not supported by the available verified data.
