Listening notes

4 Promille's *Vinyl*, released in 2015 on Sunny Bastards (catalog number SBLP 55), is a double LP spanning four sides and thirteen listed tracks, with a hidden track appended to the final side. The release situates itself within the Oi, punk, and rock genres, and the format choice is made explicit by the album's self-referential title.

The tracklist spreads across sides A through D, with three tracks per side on A, B, and C, while D carries four entries including the hidden track. Side A opens with "Frischer Wind," followed by "Schicksalsschlag" and "Heart Of Stone." Side B moves through "Schatten Und Licht," "Backstage Bugs," and "Überdruck." Side C leads with the title track "Vinyl," continuing with "Too Busy To Die Today" and "Hoffnung." Side D closes the sequenced portion with "Add It Up," "Letzte Runde," and "Nachbarschaft" before the unlisted hidden track.

The tracklist is notable for its mix of German- and English-language titles, a pattern visible across all four sides. No track durations are documented in the available data.
