4 Promille
Vinyl

Listening notes

4 Promille's release titled Vinyl arrived in 2015 through Sunny Bastards, carrying the catalog number SBEP1-2. The German band works within the Oi, punk, and rock genres, and this release places a single track — also called Vinyl — on the A-side.

The format is, appropriately, vinyl, and the self-referential title of both the release and its lead track is a straightforward acknowledgment of the medium itself. Whether this represents a statement of intent or simple wordplay is not something the available documentation clarifies, and speculation on that point would go beyond what can be verified here.

Sunny Bastards is the issuing label, and the catalog number SBEP1-2 suggests an EP designation, though the tracklist on record confirms only the single A-side entry. No B-side information is currently available in the verified data, and no duration is documented for the title track.

4 Promille has operated in the Oi and punk space, and a release on Sunny Bastards fits within the label's general positioning in European punk and streetpunk circles. Beyond that framing, this draft does not attempt to characterize the band's broader catalog, their standing within the scene, or the reception this particular release may have found, as none of that is supported by the facts provided.

Collectors and researchers encountering this entry should treat the above details — label, catalog number, year, format, genre tags, and track title — as the confirmed points of reference. Any additional information, including personnel, pressing variants, or chart performance, would require independent verification before being incorporated into a finalized entry.

This draft is unreviewed and should be submitted to a fact checker before publication.
