Listening notes

4 Promille's *Vinyl* was released in 2014 on Sunny Bastards, catalog number SBCUR028. The record is catalogued under the genres of Oi, Punk, and Rock, and it arrives in the format its title advertises.

The album carries twelve tracks spread evenly across two sides. The A side opens with "Frischer Wind" and continues through "Schicksalsschlag," "Heart Of Stone," "Schatten Und Licht," "Backstage Bugs," and "Überdruck." The B side leads with the title track "Vinyl," followed by "Too Busy To Die Today," "Hoffnung," "Add It Up," "Letzte Runde," and "Nachbarschaft." Track durations are not available in the verified data.

A notable feature of the sequencing is the mix of German and English titles across both sides. Tracks such as "Frischer Wind," "Schicksalsschlag," "Schatten Und Licht," "Hoffnung," "Letzte Runde," and "Nachbarschaft" carry German titles, while "Heart Of Stone," "Backstage Bugs," "Too Busy To Die Today," and "Add It Up" are titled in English. The title track itself sits at the top of the B side, a placement that gives it a degree of structural prominence within the sequencing.

Sunny Bastards is a Hamburg-based label with an established presence in the punk and Oi catalogue, and SBCUR028 places this release within that documented output. No further production, personnel, or pressing details are available in the verified source data for this entry.
