Aerosmith
Japanese Single Collection For Vinyl Replica Series

Listening notes

Released in 2004 on Sony Records Int'l under catalog number MDCH 80026, Aerosmith's Japanese Single Collection For Vinyl Replica Series is a CD compilation that gathers seventeen tracks drawn from across the band's catalog. The release belongs to the Vinyl Replica Series, a format that presents material in packaging designed to reference original vinyl single releases, and was issued for the Japanese market.

The tracklist spans a wide range of the band's output, opening with "Toys In The Attic" and "Sweet Emotion" before moving through titles including "Dream On," "Mama Kin," "Walk This Way," "Back In The Saddle," and "Draw The Line." The selection continues with "Last Child," "Home Tonight," "Kings And Queens," "Come Together," and a cover of "Remember (Walking In The Sand)." Later entries on the disc include "Falling In Love (Is Hard On The Knees)," "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing," and "Jaded," suggesting the compilation draws from multiple decades of the group's recording activity.

Two bonus tracks appear at the end of the disc. Track sixteen is listed as "Let The Music Do The Talking / The Joe Pretty Project" and track seventeen as "I Need Love / Whitford / St. Holmes," both formatted in a way that associates the titles with separate project credits rather than Aerosmith proper. The genre is listed as Rock.

No track durations are documented in the available catalog data. Personnel, recording origins, and packaging specifications beyond what is noted above are not confirmed in the verified facts and are omitted here. This draft is unreviewed and should be checked before publication.
