Alice Cooper (2)
Treasures - A Vinyl Collection

Listening notes

Released in 2019 on Ear Music Classics under catalog number 0214462EMX, Treasures - A Vinyl Collection is a box set compiling four Alice Cooper albums onto vinyl across eight sides of records. The albums represented are Brutal Planet, Dragontown, The Eyes Of Alice Cooper, and Dirty Diamonds, presented here in a format catalogued under the genres of alternative rock, garage rock, hard rock, heavy metal, and rock.

The set distributes its content across sides A through H. Brutal Planet occupies sides A and B, spanning eleven tracks including "Wicked Young Man," "Sanctuary," and "Cold Machines." Dragontown follows on sides C and D, running twelve tracks through titles such as "Triggerman," "Dragontown," "Disgraceland," and "The Sentinel." Side D also carries a bonus track, "Can't Sleep, Clowns Will Eat Me," listed separately from the main Dragontown sequence. The Eyes Of Alice Cooper takes up sides E and F across thirteen tracks, among them "Novocaine," "This House Is Haunted," and "Backyard Brawl," with the tracklist including what appears to be a spelling variant, "Detroid City," at position F1. Dirty Diamonds closes the set on sides G and H with thirteen tracks, including "Women Of Mass Distraction," "The Saga Of Jesse Jane," "Zombie Dance," and "Stand."

Across all four discs, the set totals fifty tracks, with track durations not listed in the available documentation. The box set format itself is the scope of what Ear Music Classics assembled here: four complete album programs on vinyl under a single catalog entry. Collectors and researchers cross-referencing these specific album titles in vinyl form will find them consolidated within this one release. Further details regarding pressing specifications, insert materials, or edition size are not documented in the available data.
