Black Mirrors
Look Into The Black Mirror

Listening notes

Black Mirrors released their debut album, Look Into The Black Mirror, on Napalm Records in 2018. The record carries the catalog number NPR 768 VINYL and was issued in vinyl format. The band works within a framework of blues, blues rock, garage rock, and rock, and those genre designations are reflected in several of the album's track titles, which suggest an engagement with blues and rock traditions without straying far from their roots.

The album is structured across two sides. Side A opens with "Shoes For Booze" and moves through "Funky Queen," "Lay My Burden Down," "Inner Reality," and closes with "Moonstone." The five tracks on the B side begin with "Günther Kimmich," followed by "Cold Midnight Drum," "Mind Shape," "Till The Land Wind Blows," and "Burning Warriors." The vinyl edition also includes a bonus track, "Whispering Ghost," positioned at B6, bringing the total track count to eleven.

Track durations are not confirmed for this edition and are omitted here accordingly. Collectors and researchers should verify timing information through additional sources before citing it.

Napalm Records, the Austrian independent label, served as the releasing body for this record. The label has a broad roster spanning multiple rock and metal subgenres, and the placement of Black Mirrors within that catalog reflects the label's ongoing interest in contemporary rock acts drawing on classic influences. No additional personnel, pressing variants, or production details have been confirmed for this entry, and those areas remain open for further documentation.
