Listening notes

This 2008 release on Custom Made Music pairs two acts — Ceremony and Screen Vinyl Image — in a split format catalogued as Wooo-0005. The package combines vinyl and CDr media, with the vinyl side presenting eight tracks across two sides and the accompanying CDr mirroring that same sequence with track timings included.

Side A opens with "For Her Smile" and moves through "Only For The Blue," "Dream Of Only You," and "Don't Leave Me Behind." Side B carries "Fever," "Deathdream," "All Places," and closes with "Slipping Away." The CDr edition confirms durations ranging from three minutes and seventeen seconds for "For Her Smile" up to four minutes and forty-four seconds for the closing track "Slipping Away," making that the longest piece on the release. "Deathdream" and "All Places" fall in at four minutes and twelve seconds and four minutes and one second respectively, while the remaining tracks cluster in the three-and-a-half-minute range.

The release is catalogued under the genres Alternative Rock, Rock, and Shoegaze. Whether the tracks are divided between the two artists or shared across the full running order is not specified in the available documentation, and a fact checker should confirm the exact split of contributions before publication.

Custom Made Music and the catalog prefix Wooo suggest a small or independent imprint, though no additional label history is available to verify here. The dual-format approach — vinyl paired with CDr — was a practical configuration for independent releases during this period, though no documentation about pressing quantities or distribution is available to confirm the scope of this edition.
