Revengeance

Listening notes

Revengeance is a vinyl release by Conan, issued in 2016 through Napalm Records under catalog number NPR 636 VINYL. The record carries genre classifications of Doom Metal, Sludge Metal, and Rock, situating it within a corner of heavy music defined by deliberate tempos and dense sonics — though what that means in practice on this particular pressing is a question best left to individual listeners.

The record is arranged across two sides, each carrying three tracks. The A side opens with "Throne Of Fire," followed by "Thunderhoof" and "Wrath Gauntlet." The B side leads with the title track, "Revengeance," and continues with "Every Man Is An Enemy" before closing on "Earthenguard." Track durations are not confirmed in the available documentation and are omitted here accordingly.

What can be said plainly is that the album's title and its tracklist titles share a consistent register — language that leans into imagery of conflict, elemental force, and scale. Whether that translates into a cohesive listening statement is not something this entry can verify, and readers should treat any broader claims about the record's character with appropriate skepticism until supported by sourced accounts.

Napalm Records, the issuing label, is a well-established imprint in the heavy music space, and this release represents one of the band's entries into the physical vinyl format under that arrangement. Beyond what the catalog data confirms — artist, label, year, format, and tracklist — the available facts do not support further claims about personnel, pressing variants, production, or the record's standing within the band's catalog.
