Die BlumentoPferde
Auf Vinyl

Listening notes

Die Blumentopferde released "Auf Vinyl" in 2011 as a self-released record, issued through no external label and carrying no catalog number. The release is a vinyl record containing four tracks spread across two sides, placing it within the rock genre.

Side A opens with "Nur Eine Phase" and continues with "Alles In Dir." Side B presents "Das Gelobte Land" followed by "Gesichter Ohne Namen." Track durations are not documented in the available data.

The self-released nature of the record is itself a notable detail. Choosing to press and distribute independently, without the infrastructure of a label, places this release in a category of work where the artist retains full control over the product. The absence of a catalog number reflects that same independence, as catalog numbers are typically a label's organizational tool rather than an artist's own concern.

The German-language titles offer some surface context. "Nur Eine Phase" translates roughly to "Just a Phase," "Alles In Dir" to "Everything in You," "Das Gelobte Land" to "The Promised Land," and "Gesichter Ohne Namen" to "Faces Without Names." These are observations about language, not claims about lyrical content or thematic intent, and should be treated accordingly by any reviewer working with the actual recordings.

What the data confirms is straightforward: a self-released, four-track vinyl record by a German-language rock act, issued in 2011 with no label affiliation and no assigned catalog number. For collectors or researchers encountering this release, those structural facts — format, year, self-release status, and tracklist — represent the documented record as it stands.
