Have The Moskovik
Papier Vinyle

Listening notes

Papier Vinyle is a vinyl release by Have The Moskovik, issued in 2018 on Gropied Records under catalog number GRP005. The record falls within the post rock and rock genres and presents six tracks spread across two sides.

Side A opens with "Il Restera La Mer," the longest track on that side at seven minutes and four seconds, followed by "Café Charbon" at six minutes and twenty seconds. The side closes with "Make It Very Short," which runs six minutes and ten seconds — a title that sits in quiet contrast to the runtime it carries.

Side B begins with "Ultraradiotransponder," the shortest piece on the record at four minutes and forty-three seconds, before moving into "L'Inflexion Des Voix Chères," which at seven minutes and seventeen seconds is the longest individual track on the release. The side and the album conclude with "De Mémoire D'Homme," running six minutes and sixteen seconds.

Taken together, the six tracks account for approximately thirty-seven minutes and fifty seconds of total runtime. The tracklist is notable for its mixture of French-language titles — "Il Restera La Mer," "Café Charbon," "L'Inflexion Des Voix Chères," and "De Mémoire D'Homme" — alongside the English titles "Make It Very Short" and "Ultraradiotransponder." Most individual tracks fall in the six-to-seven-minute range, a structural tendency consistent with extended compositional approaches common to the post rock genre.

Papier Vinyle was released on Gropied Records, whose catalog number sequence places this record at GRP005. No additional verified information regarding personnel, pressing details, or label history is available for inclusion here.
