Jinjer (2)
Cloud Factory

Listening notes

Jinjer's *Cloud Factory* arrived on vinyl through Napalm Records in 2022 under catalog number NPR 771 VINYL, presenting the Ukrainian progressive metal band's work in a format that spreads ten tracks across two sides.

Side A opens with "Outlander" and moves through "A Plus Or A Minus," "No Hoard Of Value," the title track "Cloud Factory," and "Who Is Gonna Be The One." The sequencing places five studio tracks on the first side, giving that half of the record a consistent character in terms of source material, though individual durations are not documented in the available data.

Side B shifts the listening experience partway through. It opens with three studio recordings — "When Two Empires Collide," "Желаю - Значит Получу," and "Bad Water" — before concluding with two live performances. "A Plus Or A Minus (Live From Atlas)" closes out the record. The inclusion of "A Plus Or A Minus (Live From Sentrum)" and "Who Is Gonna Be The One (Live From Atlas)" on the second side is a structural choice worth noting for collectors, as the tracklist draws from at least two distinct live sources, Sentrum and Atlas, named explicitly in the track titles. The presence of a track in Ukrainian, "Желаю - Значит Получу," adds a dimension to the release that distinguishes it within the band's catalog as represented here.

The release carries the progressive metal and rock genre designations. Napalm Records, an Austrian label with an established catalog in heavier music, handled the release. No additional personnel, pressing, or production details are available in the verified data for this entry.
