Meshuggah
Nothing

Listening notes

Meshuggah's *Nothing* received a vinyl release through Nuclear Blast in 2016 under catalog number 3446-5. The release spreads ten tracks across four sides, a configuration that accommodates an album whose compositions resist easy compression. Sides A and B each carry three tracks — "Stengah," "Rational Gaze," and "Perpetual Black Second" on the first side, followed by "Closed Eye Visuals," "Glints Collide," and "Organic Shadows" on the second. Side C holds two tracks, "Straws Pulled At Random" and "Spasm," while Side D closes the record with "Nebulous" and "Obsidian."

The four-sided format is worth noting for collectors approaching this release. Where a two-sided pressing might crowd the program, the double LP layout distributes the material across more real estate, though track durations are not confirmed in the available documentation for this edition and cannot be assessed here.

Nuclear Blast cataloged the release as 3446-5. The label has maintained a consistent presence in heavy music vinyl releases, and this pressing falls within their catalog alongside other rock and metal titles. The genres associated with this release — experimental, math rock, rock, and thrash — reflect the breadth of categorization that has followed Meshuggah's work, though editorial comment on how well those descriptors fit is beyond what the verified facts here can support.

Collectors and listeners considering this edition should note that no pressing variants, color configurations, or insert details are confirmed within the available data. Track durations are similarly absent from the documentation. A human fact checker should verify whether additional edition details exist before this entry is finalized.
