Queens Of The Stone Age
Vinyl Firsts, B-Sides & Remixes

Listening notes

Queens of the Stone Age released "Vinyl Firsts, B-Sides & Remixes" in 2012 on their own imprint, listed simply as Not On Label (Queens Of The Stone Age), with no catalog number assigned. The release carries a Rock genre designation and appears in a Vinyl, Vinyl, All Media format configuration, spread across four sides.

The tracklist is notably varied in its composition. The A and B sides present material under titles including "18 AD," "Infinity," "All The Same," "2 It," "Like A Drug," "Precious And Grace," "Stone Cold Crazy," and "Fun Machine Took A Shit." The C side extends the collection with "Going Out West," "White Wedding," "Era Vulgaris," "Needles In The Camel's Eye," and "Christian Brothers." Track durations are not documented for any selection on the release.

The D side is given over entirely to remixed material, and the credited remixers are specifically identified in the track titles themselves. "I'm Designer" appears in a remix credited to Adrian Sherwood and Primal Scream. "Little Sister" and "The Blood Is Love" each carry a Contradicktator Remix credit. "Song For The Deaf" is listed under the subtitle "The Blind Can Goes Get Fucked Remix," and "You Think I Ain't Worth A Dollar But I Feel Like A Millionaire" appears in what is identified as a Troy Mix Version.

The self-released nature of the record, absence of a catalog number, and the title's explicit framing around vinyl firsts and peripheral material together suggest this was not a standard commercial release through a conventional distributor. Beyond what the metadata directly states, further details about this release remain unverified and are not addressed here.
