Rainbow
Finyl Vinyl

Listening notes

Rainbow's Finyl Vinyl was issued by Polydor in 2000 as a two-disc CD set carrying catalog number POCY-3019/20. The release falls under the hard rock and rock genres and spans fourteen tracks across its two discs.

The first disc opens with "Spotlight Kid" at five minutes and moves through a set that includes "I Surrender," clocking in at five minutes and forty-five seconds, and "Miss Mistreated" at three minutes and twenty-one seconds. "Street Of Dreams" follows without a listed duration in the available data. The disc continues with "Jealous Lover" at three minutes and ten seconds, "Can't Happen Here" at four minutes and fifteen seconds, and "Tearin' Out My Heart," the longest track on the first disc at eight minutes and four seconds. The disc closes with "Since You Been Gone" at three minutes and forty seconds.

The second disc leads with "Difficult To Cure," the lengthiest individual track across the entire release at eleven minutes and fifteen seconds. It is followed by "Stone Cold" at four minutes and thirty seconds and "Power" at four minutes and twenty-two seconds. "Man On The Silver Mountain" runs eight minutes and twenty seconds, and "Long Live Rock 'n' Roll" runs seven minutes and twelve seconds. The set closes with "Weiss Heim" at five minutes and ten seconds.

Taken together, the fourteen tracks represent a substantial runtime. Collectors and researchers working with Japanese Polydor catalog entries will want to verify the missing duration for "Street Of Dreams" against a physical copy, as that figure is absent from the data currently on record here. All other track timings are listed as noted above. This entry should be reviewed against a physical copy or a verified secondary source before publication.
