Templars, The
Phase II (Europa Vinyl Edition)

Listening notes

The Templars' Phase II appears here in a 2014 Europa Vinyl Edition issued by Templecombe under catalog number 676, presenting the album across two sides of a standard vinyl record. The release is cataloged under the genres of Oi and Rock.

The record carries fifteen tracks in total. Side A opens with "Phase Intro" and moves through seven further selections: "Pawns In The Game," "City Traffic," "Kids Of Today," "You're Free," "Eastern Europe," "Freedom Has It's Price," and "Their Plan." Side B picks up at position nine with "Worth My While" and continues through "Make Your Mark," "I Still Remember," "Waiting For The Blood To Flow," "Push & Shove," "Don't Do Anything At All," and closes with "Land Of The Free?" The track sequencing places the question mark in that final title, which may itself be taken as a deliberate editorial gesture on the part of the band, though nothing in the available documentation speaks to intent.

Several of the titles — "Pawns In The Game," "Their Plan," "Freedom Has It's Price," and "Land Of The Free?" — suggest thematic preoccupations with political autonomy and skepticism toward received narratives of liberty, though what the lyrics actually contain is beyond the scope of what can be confirmed here. Duration information is not available for any individual track in this edition's documentation.

This Europa Vinyl Edition designation indicates a release targeted at or originating from the European market, distinguishing it from other pressings of the same material, though the specifics of how it differs from any other edition are not documented in the verified facts available for this draft.
