Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra
Just A Little Bit Of Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra (Special Limited Vinyl Edition)

Listening notes

Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra released this six-track vinyl edition in 1994 through File Records, catalogued as 20FR-023. Designated a Special Limited Vinyl Edition, the release carries the title Just A Little Bit Of Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, a phrase that functions simultaneously as a modest self-introduction and a compact sampler of the band's recorded output at that point in their career.

The record is organized across two sides of three tracks each. Side A opens with "ハプニング" before moving to "Moments In Heaven" and "Steppin' On The Road." Side B leads with "Just A Little Bit Of Your Soul," followed by "The Look Of Love" and closing on "Get Up And Dance," which is identified in the tracklist as an instrumental bonus track. Track durations are not documented for this edition.

The genres associated with the release — ska, reggae, and funk/soul — reflect the stylistic ground Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra had established as a large ensemble working within and across those traditions. The inclusion of "Get Up And Dance" as a designated bonus track and the release's special limited designation both suggest this edition was positioned as something distinct from a standard commercial issue, though the specific circumstances of its production and distribution are not documented here.

File Records served as the issuing label, and the catalog number places this release within that label's numbering system. Beyond what the tracklist and release metadata confirm, further details about this edition remain outside the scope of verified information available for this entry.
