Type O Negative
Dead Again

Listening notes

Type O Negative's *Dead Again*, originally released in 2007, received a vinyl pressing through Nuclear Blast in 2022 under catalog number 6354. The release is formatted as a substantial multi-disc set, spanning six sides across what the label classifies as Vinyl, All Media format. The album is cataloged under the genres of Doom Metal, Gothic Metal, and Rock.

The studio portion of the album occupies the first four sides. Side A opens with the title track, followed by "Tripping A Blind Man" and "The Profit Of Doom." Side B continues with "September Sun" and "Halloween In Heaven." The third record carries "These Three Things" and "She Burned Me Down" on Side C, with Side D closing the studio material through "Some Stupid Tomorrow," "An Ode To Locksmiths," and "Hail And Farewell To Britain."

The final record, Sides E and F, is devoted entirely to live recordings. Side E presents "Everything Dies," "My Girlfriend's Girlfriend," and a combined entry pairing a Black Sabbath intro with "Christian Woman." Side F follows with "Love You To Death," "Black No. 1 (Little Miss Scare-All)," and "Anesthesia," the last of which is specifically credited as a live recording from Wacken Open Air 2007. The remaining live tracks on the record carry no such specific attribution in the available catalog data.

The inclusion of live material across a dedicated disc expands the physical release beyond the scope of a straightforward studio reissue, making this 2022 Nuclear Blast pressing a more comprehensive document of the album than the standard studio configuration. Collectors and fans researching this release should verify pressing variants and any edition-specific details independently, as this entry reflects catalog data only.
