Flying Vinyl: November 2016

Listening notes

Flying Vinyl: November 2016 is a vinyl box set released by Flying Vinyl (2) in 2016, catalogued as Issue 18. The release collects ten tracks across what the format listing describes as multiple vinyl records, with each track occupying its own side, running from position A through position J.

The ten tracks are "Ready For The Magic," "Babes Never Die," "Slipping," "Penguin," "Ice," "Great Ideas," "Best In Town," "Summer Days," "Wages," and "Banger." No artist attributions, track durations, or personnel credits are available in the verified data for this release, meaning the individual performers behind each title cannot be confirmed here and would require additional source verification before publication.

The release is categorized under Indie Rock, Psychedelic Rock, and Rock, reflecting the broadly guitar-oriented scope that Flying Vinyl pursued through its subscription-based model of delivering new music on vinyl. As a various artists compilation, the box set format and sequential side-by-side sequencing suggest each track was pressed separately rather than collected onto shared sides, though the precise configuration of the individual records within the box is not confirmed by the available data.

No information is available regarding track durations, pressing details, or the total number of physical records contained within the set. Prospective fact-checkers should verify artist-to-track assignments, confirm the number of individual vinyl records in the box, and establish whether any additional inserts or packaging materials accompanied the release before this draft is considered ready for publication.
