Flying Vinyl: November 2018

Listening notes

Flying Vinyl: November 2018 is Issue 42 in the Flying Vinyl subscription series, released in 2018 on the Flying Vinyl label. The release is catalogued under the Pop and Rock genres and arrives as a multi-disc set spanning five records, with eleven tracks distributed across their sides.

The tracklist opens with "Adonis" on the first side, followed by "Down For The Third Time" on the reverse. The second record carries "This Is My Cue" and "Just Goes To Show," while the third presents "He Looks Like Me" and "Give Up." The fourth disc features "Back Of Your Car" and "Asking For It." The fifth and final record closes out the collection with three tracks: "Broken Sleep" and "The Moment" sharing the A-side, and "San Francisco" occupying the B-side — making it the only disc in the set to feature more than one track on a single side.

Flying Vinyl operated as a subscription service delivering new and emerging artists directly to subscribers on seven-inch vinyl. Issue 42 fits within that ongoing series format, representing the label's November 2018 output. The release is listed as a Various Artists compilation, consistent with the label's approach of grouping multiple acts across a single monthly issue.

Track durations are not documented in available source data and have been omitted accordingly. Artist attributions for individual tracks are similarly not confirmed in the verified information for this release and have not been assigned here.

This draft is unreviewed. A fact checker should verify individual track artist credits, confirm the subscription service description is accurate for this period, and review whether any additional catalog details are available for Issue 42.
