Flying Vinyl: October 2015

Listening notes

Flying Vinyl's October 2015 box set arrives as Issue 5 in the label's ongoing series, presenting ten tracks across what the format listing describes as multiple vinyl records packaged together. Released on the Flying Vinyl label — identified in catalog records as Flying Vinyl (2) — the set carries the catalog designation Issue 5 and falls within the genres of Alternative Rock, Indie Rock, and Rock.

The tracklist spans sides A through J, suggesting the release makes use of several individual records within the box configuration. The ten tracks are titled "Acid Kids," "Sugar," "Swings & Waterslides," "Cherry Vimto," "Look Forward," "Father Of The Universe," "Shalala," "Hole In The Wall," "Shaking Hands," and "Nine Matches." No artist attributions, track durations, or additional personnel details are available in the cataloged data for this release.

Flying Vinyl operated as a subscription-based service, and the monthly box set format reflected that model, with each issue representing a discrete edition tied to a specific month. This October 2015 release sits as the fifth such issue. The various-artist compilation format, combined with the multi-sided vinyl presentation across sides A through J, points to a release structured to give each contributing track its own dedicated side.

No additional release information — including pressing specifications, matrix details, or contributing artist identities — is available in the verified data for this entry. Researchers and collectors looking to confirm track-level artist credits or pressing particulars should consult supplementary sources before relying on this entry as complete.
