Vinyl Moon Volume 113: A Loaded Cloud

Listening notes

Vinyl Moon Volume 113: A Loaded Cloud arrives in 2025 as the one hundred and thirteenth installment in the subscription-based Vinyl Moon series, which curates original music from emerging and independent artists and releases it exclusively on vinyl. The compilation carries genres listed as hip hop, pop, and rock, signaling the kind of cross-genre scope that has characterized the Vinyl Moon format since its inception.

The A side opens with "Radiostar" and moves through five additional tracks: "Take Time," "Just Life," "Mariam the Prophetess," "Valentine," and "I Was Pressed." The B side leads with "Ignite" and continues through "Caught On To You," "Makin Moves," and "Twenty Sensations," which share the B3 position in the tracklist as documented. The side closes with "Someday," "Thief," and "You Know," bringing the total to thirteen tracks across the two sides.

Vinyl Moon operates on a subscription model in which members receive each volume without prior knowledge of the artists or tracklist, a curatorial approach that distinguishes the label from conventional compilation releases. Each volume is pressed on vinyl and accompanied by original artwork and liner materials, though specific details about the artwork or supplementary materials for Volume 113 are not available here for comment.

The title A Loaded Cloud applies to this volume specifically and is not a series-wide designation. Beyond the genre tags of hip hop, pop, and rock, the available documentation does not identify the individual contributing artists by track, so no artist-level commentary can be offered in this draft.

Fact checker notes: Artist-to-track assignments, pressing details, artwork credits, and any reception or background context for individual songs are absent from the source data and have been omitted accordingly. The duplicate B3 position in the tracklist should be verified against physical documentation before publication.
