Wardance - Heaven Is for Sale - Limited Red Vinyl -

Listening notes

Wardance (3) released Heaven Is for Sale on Dying Victims Productions in 2018, catalogued as DVP 101. The release was issued on limited red vinyl and spans ten tracks across what the format implies is a full-length record.

The tracklist moves through a range of titles — Heaven Is for Sale, Destroyer, Believe, Neverending Nightmare, I Don't Love You Anymore, Overture, Don't Play With Fire, Death Caress, Paris In Fear, and House Of The Rising Sun — the last of which shares its name with the traditional song long associated with The Animals, though no information is available here to confirm whether this is a cover or a coincidental title. That detail would require verification before publication.

The release is listed under the genres Rock and Speed Metal, placing it within a tradition of guitar-driven music that carries some degree of aggression and momentum, though the degree to which either genre dominates the record cannot be characterized without additional sourcing.

Dying Victims Productions, the German label behind this release, has a documented focus on underground heavy metal and hard rock, and catalog number DVP 101 suggests this was a significant milestone release for the label, though what that number represents in practical terms for the label's history would benefit from confirmation.

No track durations are available in the source data, so the total runtime of the record cannot be stated. Personnel, recording location, pressing details beyond the red vinyl designation, and edition size are likewise absent from the verified facts and have not been included here.
