Warlord (2)
The Holy Empire

Listening notes

Warlord (2)'s The Holy Empire was released in 2013 on Alone Records, carrying the catalog number ALONE-0001. The release appears on vinyl in the heavy metal and rock genres.

The record is spread across four sides, accommodating nine tracks in total. Side A opens with "70,000 Sorrows," running six minutes and fifty-six seconds, followed by "Glory" at six minutes and twenty-five seconds. Side B carries three tracks: "Thy Kingdom Come" at six minutes and fifty seconds, "City Walls Of Troy" at three minutes and thirty-five seconds, and "Kill Zone," the longest of the three at seven minutes and thirty-eight seconds. Side C presents "Night Of The Fury" at seven minutes and sixteen seconds and "Father" at five minutes and thirty-two seconds. Side D leads with the title track, "The Holy Empire," which at eleven minutes and thirty-two seconds is the longest studio track on the release, and closes with "Black Mass (Live In Thessaloniki April 2013)," for which no duration is listed in the available data.

The tracklist reflects a release generous in runtime, with several tracks exceeding six minutes and the title track pushing past eleven. The inclusion of a live recording from Thessaloniki in April 2013 on the final side is a notable structural choice, situating a document of live performance alongside the studio material within a single release. The catalog number ALONE-0001 identifies this as the first release under that particular Alone Records catalog sequence.
