Adana Twins
The Curve EP

Listening notes

Adana Twins released The Curve EP on Watergate Records in 2021, catalogued as WGVINYL084. The release arrives as a vinyl format EP comprising three tracks spread across two sides.

The A-side is occupied in full by the title track, "The Curve," while the B-side carries two pieces: "Cyrus" at the B1 position and "Alone" at B2. The sequencing places a single extended work opposite a paired closing sequence, a structural choice common to EP releases in the electronic space.

Watergate Records serves as the releasing label, a Berlin-based imprint associated with the Watergate club. The genres listed for this release — Breaks, Electronic, and Tech House — position it across a range that reflects tendencies within contemporary club-oriented production, where rhythm structures drawn from breaks have seen renewed presence alongside tech house frameworks.

Adana Twins, the Hamburg-based duo, have maintained a consistent association with Watergate Records across their output, making this release a continuation of that relationship rather than a departure.

The catalog number WGVINYL084 places this entry within Watergate's vinyl series and allows for straightforward identification within that label's discography. No matrix, pressing variation, or edition information is available within the verified facts for this entry, and those details remain to be confirmed by a fact checker before publication.
