Big Bang (8)
BIGBANG10 The Vinyl LP : Limited Edition

Listening notes

Released in 2016 through YG Entertainment, BIGBANG10 The Vinyl LP : Limited Edition (catalog number YGK 0683) is a box set vinyl release by South Korean group Big Bang. The release collects twelve tracks across two sides, drawing from what the title frames as a decade-spanning body of work. The format itself — a physical box set pressed to vinyl — is a notable choice for an act whose catalog has existed primarily in digital and CD formats within the K-pop industry.

The tracklist spans both Korean-language and English-language titles. Side A opens with "LA LA LA" and continues through "VIP," "거짓말" (Lies), "마지막인사" (Last Farewell), "하루하루" (Day by Day), and "TONIGHT." Side B carries "LOVE SONG," "FANTASTIC BABY," "BAD BOY," "MONSTER," "LOSER," and "BANG BANG BANG." The sequencing places several of the group's most recognizable titles toward the back half of the record.

In terms of genre, the release is catalogued across dance-pop, electronic, hip hop, K-pop, pop, and pop rap — a spread that reflects the breadth of material covered rather than any single stylistic moment. Big Bang's catalog has consistently moved across those categories, and the tracklist here draws from different points in the group's output without clustering around a single era.

Duration information for individual tracks is not available in the verified record for this release. Likewise, specific pressing details, matrix information, and edition size are not confirmed here and should be verified independently before publication.

As a vinyl artifact tied to a tenth-anniversary framing, the release represents a relatively uncommon instance of a major K-pop label issuing a retrospective in this format during that period. Collectors and researchers noting YG Entertainment's catalog history may find it a relevant data point for that reason alone.
