Da Boy Tommy
Halloween Vinyl 2

Listening notes

Da Boy Tommy's Halloween Vinyl 2 was released in 2000 on Upbeat Records, catalogued as UP 045. The release is a vinyl single presenting two remixes of the track "Halloween," one on each side of the record.

The A-side carries the Plug'N'Play Remix, while the B-side features the DJ Ed Remix. Both tracks fall within the electronic and hard trance genres, placing the release within the harder end of the European dance music landscape that was active during that period. The two-sided format, with a distinct remix occupying each side, was a common approach for dance singles of the era, allowing DJs to select between versions depending on the needs of a set.

No durations are documented for either track in the available release data. Beyond the label, catalog number, year, format, and tracklist, further production and personnel details are not confirmed in the verified information accompanying this release.

Upbeat Records served as the imprint for this release, and the catalog number UP 045 places Halloween Vinyl 2 within a numbered sequence on that label. The title itself suggests this was not the first vinyl release tied to the "Halloween" track under Da Boy Tommy's name, with the numeral 2 indicating at least one preceding vinyl edition existed, though details of any earlier release are outside the scope of the information available here.

For collectors and researchers, the confirmed details are as follows: artist Da Boy Tommy, title Halloween Vinyl 2, label Upbeat Records, catalog number UP 045, year 2000, format vinyl, genres electronic and hard trance, with the Plug'N'Play Remix on the A-side and the DJ Ed Remix on the B-side.
