Double Nation
I'm Gonna Get You (Remix Vinyl)

Listening notes

Double Nation's "I'm Gonna Get You (Remix Vinyl)" was released in 2004 on the Tremolo label under catalog number TRE2040. The record collects three remixes of the track across two sides, offering a snapshot of the electronic music landscape at the time through the lens of producers working within the hard trance and hardstyle genres.

The A-side is occupied by the Bradski and Jenski Remix, running at seven minutes and twenty seconds. The flip side carries two versions: the DJ Zany Remix at seven minutes and seven seconds, and the Chew-Fu Phat Remix, the longest of the three at eight minutes and twelve seconds. The total runtime across the three cuts amounts to just over twenty-two minutes of material, a reasonable amount of content for a remix single of this kind.

The release sits at the intersection of electronic, hard trance, and hardstyle, genres that were carving out distinct identities in European dance music culture during the early 2000s. The involvement of DJ Zany is worth noting in that context, as the name is associated with the Dutch hard trance and hardstyle scenes that were particularly active during this period, though this draft flags that specific claims about his discography or reputation should be independently verified before publication.

Chew-Fu is a name that appears in connection with various remix projects from this era, and the Chew-Fu Phat Remix designation here follows a naming convention used on other releases attributed to that remixer. Again, fact-checkers should confirm the precise credits before this draft is finalized.

For collectors and researchers documenting the early 2000s hardstyle and hard trance remix single format, TRE2040 represents a straightforward example of the form. The Tremolo label affiliation and the three-remix structure are the primary reference points this entry can confirm with confidence.
