Eason Chan
Stranger Under My Skin (Ars Vinyl)

Listening notes

Eason Chan's *Stranger Under My Skin*, issued on vinyl by Universal Music Ltd. in 2025 under catalog number 6809865, arrives as part of the label's Ars Vinyl series. The release spreads nine tracks across two sides, drawing from Chan's catalog of Cantopop and pop material.

Side A opens with "Snow in June 六月飛霜" and moves through the title track before reaching "The end party 最後派對," "Bitter ground 苦瓜," and "Methane 沼氣." Side B begins with "My Private Christmas Song" and then shifts into Mandarin-language territory, marked in the tracklist with the designation 國. "Paradise 樂園" is listed as a duet with Kay Huang 黃韻玲, while "Awaits your love 等你愛我" appears solo before the closing track, "Because of love 因為愛情," a duet with Faye Wong 王菲.

The bilingual character of the program is worth noting for collectors approaching the release as a document of Chan's range across language markets. Side A is presented entirely in Cantonese, while the back half of Side B gathers the Mandarin recordings, giving the sequence a loose organizational logic that separates the two bodies of work rather than interleaving them.

Track durations are not listed in the available documentation for this release, and no additional personnel, production, or pressing details are confirmed at this time. Collectors seeking specifics beyond what the label has formally published should treat those details as unverified until additional documentation becomes available.

As an Ars Vinyl title, the release sits within a broader program from Universal Music Ltd., though the scope and criteria of that series are not addressed by the available facts and are left for the fact checker to confirm or expand upon.
