Fear Falls Burning
Vinyl Masters

Listening notes

Fear Falls Burning's Vinyl Masters arrived in 2014 on the Dutch label Tonefloat under catalog number FFBCDBOX1. The release is a four-disc CD box set spanning genres that the label lists as ambient, drone, electronic, minimal, and rock.

The set is organized across four discs, each carrying its own title. The first disc, The Carnival Of Ourselves, contains three tracks: "19:19," running just over nineteen minutes; "19:54," running just over twenty minutes; and "And The Land Torn Down," at nearly twenty-eight minutes. The second disc, I'm One Of Those Monsters Numb With Grace, also presents three tracks: "19:46" and "19:21," both approximately twenty minutes in length, followed by "Dead Wisdom," which extends to just over thirty-four minutes. The third disc, Woes Of The Desolate Mourner, holds two tracks: "20:05," at just over twenty minutes, and "Litany In A Time Of Plague," a single piece running forty-nine minutes. The fourth disc, The Rainbow Mirrors A Burning Heart, returns to three tracks: "18:08" and "19:12," each close to their namesake durations, and "I Dreamed This Mortal Part Of Mine," at thirty-three minutes and eighteen seconds.

Taken together, the four discs accumulate a substantial total runtime, with individual tracks consistently occupying extended durations that align with the drone and ambient genres listed for the project. Several tracks bear numeric titles that correspond closely, though not exactly, to their listed running times, a detail a fact checker may wish to examine further.

The release format is identified in the data as CD, CD, CD, CD, Box Set. No additional personnel, pressing details, or edition information are present in the verified facts available for this draft.
