Listening notes

Gum's release titled Vinyl, issued on the Not On Label imprint under catalog number DEX154E, presents ten tracks spread across two sides. The release is catalogued under an unusually broad spread of genres — Electronic, Experimental, Industrial, Noise, Non-Music, and Rock — a combination that at minimum signals material not easily confined to a single tradition or commercial category.

Side A opens with "Stormy Weather" and moves through "Testicle Stretch," "Injected By A Certain Amount Of Charisma," "Sporadic Acts Of Violence," and "Smooth Torture In Exile." Side B carries "Involuntary Orgasms During The Cleaning Of Automobiles," "Outfits For Agony," "Stomach Irritations," "Fear," and "Arm Fuck." No track durations are documented in the available data.

The titles themselves are worth noting as a matter of record. Several are confrontational or deliberately provocative in phrasing, which is consistent with the Noise and Non-Music genre designations attached to the release. Whether those titles reflect lyrical content, conceptual framing, or purely aesthetic positioning cannot be confirmed from the available information.

The Not On Label designation indicates the release was not issued through a conventional record label, a circumstance common to self-released, privately distributed, or deliberately outside-commerce releases. No release year is documented in the available data, which limits any attempt to place the record within a broader timeline.

No personnel, recording details, pressing information, or production credits are present in the verified data for this release. The catalog number DEX154E is the primary identifying reference for locating this record.
