Haircuts For Men
パステル勾配 (Vinyl + Cassette BUNDLE)

Listening notes

Released in 2015 on Prison Tapes (catalog number PT-021), パステル勾配 by Haircuts For Men is cataloged under the genres of Electronic, Experimental, and Vaporwave. This entry documents the vinyl and cassette bundle edition of the release.

The vinyl component presents ten tracks split across two sides. Side A opens with 多分これは助けにはなりません at 4:19, followed by 死へのスローダンス at 5:00, ヘイズバズ at 6:48, から at 4:29, and 発生する at 3:13. Side B contains 今行ってる at 6:09, 隅に at 4:54, 実行しないと、彼らが来る at 4:30, インストルメンタル at 5:47, and 廊下には、私を聞く at 3:52.

The cassette configuration carries the same ten tracks in a slightly reorganized sequence. On the cassette, Side A extends to six tracks by carrying 今行ってる into that side as A6, while Side B begins with 隅に and continues through the remaining shared tracks. The cassette also includes two additional titles not present on the vinyl: 大声で囁く and 1つの部屋しかありません, both listed without confirmed durations in available documentation. This makes the cassette the more complete of the two formats by track count.

The Japanese-language titles are used throughout without English translation equivalents in the available release data. Durations for the two cassette-exclusive tracks are not confirmed in the source documentation and should be verified before publication.
