Is Tropical
Black Anything Vinyl Bundle

Listening notes

Is Tropical's *Black Anything* vinyl bundle was released in 2016 on Axis Mundi Records. The release carries no catalog number and spans genres listed as electronic, indie rock, and rock.

The bundle's structure is notable for its organizational approach. Rather than presenting the ten numbered tracks as a continuous sequence, the release divides them into five labeled parts — Black Anything Pt.1 through Pt.5 — each serving as a header for a pair of tracks. Whether these part designations correspond to individual sides, discs, or purely editorial divisions within the program is not confirmed by the available data.

The ten numbered tracks and their durations are fully documented. Part 1 opens with "Crawl" at 3:33, followed by "On My Way" at 5:44, the longest track on the release. Part 2 contains "Cruise Control" at 3:42 and "Say" at 3:29. Part 3 pairs "Fall" at 4:01 with "Lights On" at 3:17. Part 4 moves to "Follow the Sun" at 2:54, the shortest numbered track, and "Now Stop" at 4:10. The release closes under Part 5 with "Believe" at 5:14 and "What You Want" at 3:36.

The total documented runtime across the ten numbered tracks amounts to approximately 39 minutes and 50 seconds, though this figure does not account for any duration the unnumbered part designation tracks may carry if they function as distinct audio segments rather than structural labels.

No additional personnel, pressing variants, or catalog identifiers are confirmed in the available data. Researchers and collectors seeking further documentation on this release should verify those details independently.
