Jam & Spoon Feat. Rea Garvey
Be. Angeled (Vinyl Two)

Listening notes

Released in 2001 on Vandit Records, "Be. Angeled (Vinyl Two)" is a three-track twelve-inch from Jam & Spoon featuring Rea Garvey, catalogued as Vandit 008B. The release sits within the electronic, house, and trance genres and presents the title track across three distinct mixes spread over its two sides.

The A-side carries the Vandit Club Mix, running at seven minutes and fifteen seconds. Flipping the record reveals two mixes on the B-side: the PvD Angeled Club Mix at seven minutes and two seconds, followed by the Wackside Tweaker Instrumental Mix at six minutes and thirteen seconds. The inclusion of an instrumental mix on the B-side distinguishes this pressing from straightforward vocal-led club packages, offering a version of the track stripped of its featured vocal contribution from Rea Garvey.

The "Vinyl Two" designation in the title indicates this release was part of a wider multi-part vinyl campaign for the single, a format approach that allowed different mixes to be distributed across separate pressings. Vandit Records, the label behind this release, serves as the imprint associated with the project.

Collectors and DJs researching this release should note that the three mix titles — Vandit Club Mix, PvD Angeled Club Mix, and Wackside Tweaker Instrumental Mix — are the confirmed tracklist for this specific catalog number. Anyone seeking additional mixes or versions of "Be. Angeled" would need to consult companion pressings issued under the same campaign.
