Jimmy J & Cru-L-T / Luna-C
Paper For Vinyl 2

Listening notes

Paper For Vinyl 2, released in 2005 on Kniteforce Again under catalog number KFA 031E, is a vinyl release split between two acts associated with the label: Jimmy J & Cru-L-T and Luna-C. The record sits within the breakbeat, electronic, and happy hardcore genres, placing it firmly within a scene that Kniteforce, as a label family, had been connected to across its various incarnations.

The release carries two tracked sides. The A1 position is occupied by "Runaway (Reese Remix)," indicating a reworked version of an existing track, while A2 presents "Rock And Roll." Duration information for neither track is documented in the available data.

As suggested by its title, Paper For Vinyl 2 implies the existence of at least one preceding release in the series, though details of any companion volumes fall outside the scope of the confirmed information here. The "Again" suffix in the Kniteforce Again imprint distinguishes this from other Kniteforce configurations, reflecting the label's practice of operating under related but distinct sub-labels.

The split format, crediting two separate artist entities on a single record, is a format with an established tradition in underground dance music, allowing labels to present multiple contributors within a single release. Whether this reflects a collaborative recording or a pairing of separately produced material is not confirmed by the available data and should not be assumed.

This draft is unreviewed and should be checked against additional primary sources before publication. Track durations, full personnel credits, and any further context about the Paper For Vinyl series remain unverified and are absent from this text accordingly.
