Lovestern Galaktika Project Meets Pulsedriver & Ole Van Dansk
Move For Freedom (Vinyl 1)

Listening notes

Released in 2002 on Polydor, "Move For Freedom (Vinyl 1)" by Lowestern Galaktika Project Meets Pulsedriver & Ole Van Dansk is a vinyl release presenting three versions of a single track across two sides. The release falls within the electronic and trance genres, and its format as the first in a numbered vinyl series suggests it was issued as part of a multi-part single release, a common practice in the European dance market of the period.

The A-side carries the Club Mix, running at five minutes and forty-six seconds. The B-side presents two further versions: an Extended Version at five minutes and forty-one seconds, and a Single Version at three minutes and twenty-six seconds. The presence of both an extended and a single version on the same side, alongside a dedicated club mix, reflects standard practice for dance twelve-inch releases of the era, where different edits were packaged to serve radio programmers, club DJs, and home listeners respectively.

The artist credit itself is notable for its length and structure, joining three named entities — Lovestern Galaktika Project, Pulsedriver, and Ole Van Dansk — under a collaborative billing. This type of credit, combining multiple acts for a single release, was a familiar convention in early 2000s trance and electronic music.

The release carries no catalog number in available documentation. It was issued by Polydor, a major label with a significant footprint in European dance music distribution during this period.
