Mirco de Govia
Chronoscale (Vinyl Edition Part 1/3)

Listening notes

Mirco de Govia's Chronoscale arrived on the euphonic label in 2003 as a multi-part vinyl release, with this particular pressing carrying the catalog number euphonic29.3 and designated as Part 1 of 3. The release situates itself within the electronic and trance genres, reflecting the broader landscape of European dance music production that was active during that period.

The record is structured across two sides. The A side is devoted entirely to "Final Emotion," while the B side carries two tracks: "Mindspring" at B1 and "Voller Sterne" at B2. The German-language title "Voller Sterne," which translates roughly to "full of stars," stands apart from the two English-language titles on the release, though no additional context for this choice is documented here.

As the first installment in a three-part series, this pressing represents one component of a larger sequenced project. The decision to release Chronoscale across multiple vinyl editions was a format choice with precedent in electronic music of the era, where extended or album-length material was frequently distributed across several twelve-inch records. Whether the remaining two parts were issued under the same catalog prefix is not confirmed in the available documentation.

No duration information is attached to any of the three tracks in the verified data, and no personnel, production credits, or pressing details are available for inclusion here. The label euphonic, which released this record, is identified by name but no further verified background on the imprint is available to draw from.
