Nadan / DJ Ghe
Nadan / Ahoi (Cab Drivers Remix Express)

Listening notes

Released in 2012, this two-track vinyl from Cabinet Records pairs Nadan on the A-side with a Cab Drivers remix of Ahoi on the B-side. The release carries the catalog number cab 32, situating it within the broader Cabinet Records catalog as the thirty-second entry in that sequence.

The record is credited to both Nadan and DJ Ghe, with the B-side presenting a reworking of Ahoi under the title Ahoi (Cab Drivers Remix Express), indicating Cab Drivers as the remixing party. The release falls within the electronic and tech house genres, placing it in a dance music context that was well established on vinyl at the time of its release.

Cabinet Records, operating as the home imprint for this release, issued the record in standard vinyl format. No duration information is documented for either track.

The structure of the release follows a conventional single or EP format, with one original or primary track per side. The A-side presents Nadan while the B-side delivers the remixed version, a configuration common to twelve-inch dance releases of the period. The inclusion of the word Express in the remix title may suggest an abbreviated or streamlined version of the remix, though no further documentation is available to confirm this.
