Netherman
Nostalgia / Vinyl Impact

Listening notes

Netherman's two-track release on Remote Recordings pairs "Nostalgia" on the A-side with "Vinyl Impact" on the B-side. The catalog number WELL REMOTE 1 places this as the label's inaugural release. Both tracks fall within the electronic, house, and progressive house genres.

The release is a straightforward single-format vinyl pressing, presenting two full-length tracks across its two sides. Beyond the catalog designation and genre classification, the available documentation on this release is limited, and track durations are not confirmed at this time.

The catalog number itself is the most concrete piece of information worth noting here. WELL REMOTE 1 suggests this was Remote Recordings' first issued record, making Netherman the act that opened the label's catalog. Whether that carries broader significance is difficult to assess without verified information about the label's history, output, or profile within the electronic and house music landscape.

The title pairing of "Nostalgia" and "Vinyl Impact" is at minimum an interesting textual contrast — one looking backward, one foregrounding the physical medium on which it appears — though what either title reflects about the music itself is not something that can be stated here without listening documentation or artist commentary on record.

Progressive house as a genre designation alongside the broader house and electronic tags is noted in the available data, though which of the two tracks carries which stylistic weight, or whether both share the same character, is unconfirmed.

The release year is not verified in the current record. Fact checkers should prioritize confirming the year of issue, track durations, and any available personnel or production credits before this draft advances further.
