Noisy (7)
FAST FWD: TO VINYL

Listening notes

Released in 2023 on Concord Records, FAST FWD: TO VINYL is a four-track vinyl release from Noisy (7), catalogued under COJCRE02116.1. Sitting within the electro and electronic genres, the record presents a concise program across two sides, with no track exceeding three minutes and thirty-four seconds.

Side A opens with "Alligator," the shortest entry on the record at two minutes and twenty-nine seconds, followed by "Rudeboy" at three minutes and twenty seconds. Side B carries "Desire" at three minutes and fifteen seconds before closing with "All of U," the longest track at three minutes and thirty-four seconds. The overall running time is brief by most measures, with the four tracks combined accounting for roughly twelve and a half minutes of material.

The title's direct reference to vinyl is notable given the format itself. Rather than a standard album or extended play without comment on its medium, FAST FWD: TO VINYL signals an awareness of the physical format as part of the release's identity — though what that relationship amounts to beyond the title is not something the available facts can speak to.

Concord Records, the releasing label, is a well-established American label with a broad and varied roster, and this release carries its standard catalog numbering convention. Whether this record represents a standalone project, an excerpt from a larger body of work, or something else entirely is not something the available data confirms.

For collectors and researchers, the basic parameters here are clear: a 2023 electro and electronic vinyl release, four tracks, two sides, Concord Records. Anything beyond that would require additional sourcing before it could be responsibly stated.
