Phil Kieran
Vinyl Series#001

Listening notes

Phil Kieran's Vinyl Series#001, released in 2012 on his own Phil Kieran Recordings imprint, carries the catalog number PKRV001. The release falls within the electronic and techno genres and was issued on vinyl format.

The record presents three tracks, all centered on the title Skyhook. The A-side opens with Skyhook 2 (Original) in the A1 position, followed by a Green Velvet Remix of Skyhook at A2. The B-side is occupied in full by a version of Skyhook credited to Adam Beyer and Jesper Dahlbäck. The presence of Green Velvet, Adam Beyer, and Jesper Dahlbäck as contributors places the release within a network of artists associated with techno and its adjacent scenes during that period, though the specific nature of each contribution beyond remix or reworking credit is not detailed in the available information.

The decision to operate under a self-titled label, Phil Kieran Recordings, suggests a degree of independence in how the release was brought to market, though no further information about the label's history or catalog is available here to expand on that point.

Durations for the individual tracks are not available in the verified information for this release. Listeners and collectors seeking complete timing details would need to consult physical or supplementary documentation associated with PKRV001 directly.

This draft is unreviewed and intended for fact-checker assessment prior to publication. No claims have been made regarding pressing details, sound characteristics, rarity, commercial performance, or critical reception, as none of those facts were available for verification.
