Rinus' Garage Feat. Triggerfinger, Admiral Sir Cloudesley Shovell
Passion For Vinyl

Listening notes

Released in 2014 on Artone Records, this vinyl single brings together Rinus' Garage with two featured acts — Triggerfinger and Admiral Sir Cloudesley Shovell — under the straightforwardly declarative title Passion For Vinyl. The release carries no catalog number, a detail that may be of practical note to collectors and archivists attempting to organize or trace the pressing.

The single presents two tracks across its two sides. The A-side carries "The Wall Of Dolls," while the AA-side presents "Electric Fogg." No running times are documented for either track.

Generically, the release is catalogued across a notably broad range of descriptors: Electronic, Rock, Rock & Roll, Rockabilly, and Techno. The combination reflects the diverse backgrounds of the acts involved rather than pointing to any single, tidy classification. Triggerfinger, a Belgian rock band, and Admiral Sir Cloudesley Shovell, a British rock act, are both credited as featured participants alongside Rinus' Garage, though the precise nature of each act's contribution to the individual tracks is not documented in the available information.

The title itself — Passion For Vinyl — positions the release as something of a statement about the format, though the release's own relationship to that theme extends no further than what can be read directly from the record itself. It was issued as a vinyl single at a time when interest in the format had been steadily returning across various corners of the music market.

Beyond the above, the available documentation does not support claims regarding pressing details, sound characteristics, or the circumstances surrounding the recording or release. This draft should be reviewed against additional primary sources before publication.
