Shed
Dark Planet (limited Colored Vinyl)

Listening notes

Shed's "Dark Planet" appears in the 50Weapons catalog as catalog number 50WEAPONS045, released on the Berlin-based label in a limited colored vinyl pressing. The release is a single-sided affair in the sense that each side carries one track: the original "Dark Planet" on the A-side, and a Modeselektor remix of the same title on the B-side. The format is standard vinyl, and the genres associated with the release are electronic and techno.

50Weapons is the label behind this release, and the involvement of Modeselektor on the B-side marks a collaboration between two acts associated with that imprint and the broader Berlin electronic scene. The colored vinyl designation indicates this pressing was produced in a limited run, distinguishing it from any standard black vinyl counterpart that may exist, though details on pressing quantities are not confirmed here.

The tracklist is straightforward: two versions of "Dark Planet," one original and one remixed, occupying opposite sides of the record. No durations are confirmed for either track. Shed is listed as the primary artist, with Modeselektor credited for their remix contribution on the B-side.

No release year is confirmed in the available data, and readers consulting this entry for dating purposes should verify that information independently. Similarly, personnel beyond the artist and remix credits, as well as any additional pressing variants, are outside the scope of what can be confirmed here.

For collectors, the limited colored vinyl format is the primary distinguishing characteristic of this particular pressing under catalog number 50WEAPONS045. Any further claims about value, rarity, or sound characteristics should be treated as unverified until supported by additional sourcing.
