Sophia Stel
Sophia Stel (Vinyl Deluxe)

Listening notes

Sophia Stel's self-titled debut arrives on vinyl in 2026 through Pack Records as the Vinyl Deluxe edition, spread across four sides and thirteen tracks. The release is catalogued under the alt-pop, electronic, and pop genres, and no catalog number has been assigned.

The album's physical configuration divides the material across two records. Side A opens with "Static" at three minutes and thirty-five seconds and continues through "No Pressure," "You Could Hate Me," and the lowercase-titled "why tf would that help," closing the side at just over three minutes. Side B picks up with "Object Permanence" and "I'm Not Alone," the latter running five minutes and forty-three seconds, before concluding with "I'll Take It." The second record opens on Side C with "Everyone Falls Asleep In Their Own Time," followed by "Taste" and "All Seven Seasons." Side D carries the album to its close with "I'd Rather Be Yours Than Mine" at five minutes and twenty-five seconds, "All My Friends Are Models," and "Solitaire."

The four-sided layout gives the release a combined runtime that leans generous by single-album standards, with several tracks exceeding four minutes and two surpassing five. The tracklist numbering resets on Side C, returning to C1 rather than continuing sequentially from Side B, a formatting detail that may be worth confirming against the physical release. The title "why tf would that help" appears in all lowercase on the tracklist, which may reflect intentional stylization.

Pack Records is identified parenthetically as Pack Records (4), a designation that likely differentiates this entity from similarly named labels in discographic databases and warrants verification during fact-checking.
