Tidy Boys & Andy Farley
Secret Vinyl Album Volume 1

Listening notes

Released in 2019 on Glamzoo Ltd, Secret Vinyl Album Volume 1 is a two-disc CD compilation credited to Tidy Boys and Andy Farley, sitting across the electronic, hard house, and hard trance genres. No catalog number is assigned to the release.

The set is structured as two separately mixed discs. Disc One is mixed by the Tidy Boys and runs fifteen tracks, opening with "Joe & Lisa (Untidy Dub)" and moving through material that includes remixed versions alongside original cuts. Among the credited remixers appearing on Disc One are Kumar, James Lawson, Flutlicht, Tall Paul, and Dr Bounce. The disc closes with "D Series (D4b)."

Disc Two is mixed by Andy Farley and extends to sixteen tracks, beginning with "Stomping System (Camisra Remix)." Remixers credited across this disc include Knuckleheadz, Ian M, Tony De Vit, Paul King, and Jay B. The disc includes an Andy Farley remix of "Good Side" and a further entry in what appears to be a recurring series, "D Series (D6) Red Pill," before closing with "Long Way."

Across both discs the compilation presents thirty-one tracks in total, with a notable proportion appearing in remixed or dubbed forms rather than as straightforward originals. The title's reference to vinyl is notable given the release is documented here in CD format only, with no vinyl edition confirmed in the available data.
